The Russian Supreme Court of Arbitration on the 27th August 2009 has delivered a ruling recognizing the decision of the rating authority charging unified social tax from crew’s wage of the vessel registered in the Russian Register of Vessels (alternative name 2nd Register of Vessels) being invalid.
