In 2004 our Firm developed and implemented a Quality Management System in compliance with the requirements of the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000. The use of the Quality Management System allows us to better regulate and control our activities, and to use our resources more efficiently. All this results in a higher quality of our services and a greater level of our client satisfaction.

In October 2004, SGS (Switzerland) carried out a certified audit of our Firm. As a result, SGS officially recognized the fact that Law Firm Arthur Eberg and Partners (former name of our Firm) implemented a Quality Management System in full compliance with the international standards. A corresponding certificate was issued on November 11, 2004.
